Description:
This course presents an excellent challenge for all riders, featuring a well-balanced combination of demanding uphill climbs and intricate downhill segments. With breathtaking views of the Sawatch Mountain Range, it offers a truly classic racing experience. This marks the sixth all-ages race in the 2025 Bloch & Chapleau Mountain Bike Race Series.
Racers will start at the Berry Creek trailhead, navigate a mix of dirt roads and single tracks, and cover distances ranging from two miles for younger participants to 10.8 miles for adults. Click here to view the course map.

Required age: Over 7 years old on the day of the activity
Notes: Visit www.vailrec.com for detailed race info, course descriptions, etc. PARKING There is absolutely NO parking at the race start. There is limited parking on the east side of the Edwards Medical Pavilion; please reserve this for parents of the youth racers. Adult racers and spectators may park at the Edwards truck stop, Colorado Mountain College or the Riverwalk and ride to the start. Please DO NOT park in the Shaw Cancer Center parking lot or the neighborhood adjacent to the Berry Creek trailhead, or you may be ticketed and/or towed.
