Description:
Experience the rejuvenating effects of forest bathing in this guided two-and-a-half-hour session led by Dr. Tara Tiger Brown. This mindful Japanese practice promotes improved mood, reduced stress, and a deeper connection to nature. The session includes activities to enhance your awareness while you enjoy the benefits of social interaction and personal reflection. The practice concludes with tea and time to share experiences and ask questions. The program is held outdoors, rain or shine. Please bring a portable chair if you cannot sit on the grass.
