What is life like in a pond? Join us in the Garden for a morning exploring lovely lilypads, dashing dragonflies, and friendly fish. We'll explore some of the aquatic animals and plants that call the Garden ponds home, while having fun being led in interactive play-based activites, close observation of the natural world, and a take-home art activity.

A guided preschool program for age 3-5 children and their parents/caregivers.

Required age: 3 - 5 on the day of the activity

Notes: Registration must be purchased for each Child for admission to the program. Cancellation policy: No refunds will be given for education courses. A credit will be applied to your account for cancellations with one week's notice. With less than a week's notice, no credit will be given. No new credit will be issued if the cancelled course was purchased using prior credit. Program cancellation by the VBGA due to Public Health Restrictions will result in education program credit equivalent to the value lost. Credits must be used within one year from the date issued. Please notify us of your cancellation in writing to learn@vandusen.org Image by David Clode on UnSplash

Requirements: Children must be accompanied by an adult for this program. Supervision of children is the responsibility of the parent or caregiver at all times. Please dress everyone in your group for the weather as this is an outdoor program and will run rain or shine.
