 Join  Susan Pearson in creating meaningful, artistic holiday cards that capture the season's essence. In this session, we will explore a range of festive themes, from traditional holiday imagery to the natural beauty found in our gardens—red berries, pine cones, hellebores, and more. Hand-painted cards make a thoughtful, personal gift anyone would love to receive. 

Each participant will receive three blank watercolour cards to paint during the class. Some prior painting experience is recommended.  

Susan suggests that participants bring the following materials: 

• Watercolour paints (Holbein: Carmine Red, New Gamboge Yellow, Peacock Blue; optional: Olive Green, Opera Pink, Payne’s Grey) 
• Detailed brushes (sizes 01, 04, 1, 4, and 6) 
• Mixing palette (white plastic or ceramic) 
• Sketching supplies (2B mechanical pencil, white eraser) 
• Two water jars 
• Blow dryer (optional for quick drying)
