Description:
Many edible and medicinal plants are a boon for humans and bees. Find out how to create a “herbaliscious” garden that fills your pantry while feeding pollinators. This session will be presented by Lori Weidenhammer, a Vancouver performance-based interdisciplinary artist and educator. She is originally from a tiny hamlet called Cactus Lake, Saskatchewan. She first became enchanted with bees in this place, bordered by wheat fields and wild prairie. She is the author of a book called Victory Gardens for Bees: A DIY Guide to Saving the Bees. This course will take place online, and recordings will be available for a limited time to participants. Online pre-registration is required.

Notes: Online course log-in details will be sent 24 hours before the course date. Cancellation policy: No refunds will be given for education courses. For cancellations with one week's notice, a credit will be applied to your account. Less than a week's notice, no credit will be given. No new credit will be issued if the cancelled course was purchased using prior credit. Program cancellation by the VBGA due to Public Health Restrictions will result in education program credit equivalent to the value lost.
