Enjoy a quiet passage through the garden, discovering and engaging in our senses. Guided by Indigenous Metis Herbalist Lori Snyder, we will move slowly to re-introduce ourselves to our living world. Witness nature’s beauty by looking closely at the details of plants. Through our sense of touch, smell, taste, and sound, we quiet our minds to remember that all species are alive.
