Ready to try something new? Explore our popular Things with Wings theme, now with a larger focus on Bloedel Conservatory and Queen Elizabeth Park - we'll spend most of the week up there!

THIS WEEK AND GROUP ONLY - DROP OFF IN QE PARK AT BASE OF BLOEDEL CONSERVATORY, PICK UP AT VANDUSEN ALL WEEK (group walks back to VanDusen Botanical Garden in later afternoon, in time for Sign-Out/After Care). More information about procedure and exact locations will be provided in pre-camp email.

Grab your binoculars, hone your observation skills, and get ready! Discover the birds, bats, and insects that fly in, around, and above Bloedel Conservatory, Queen Elizabeth Park, and VanDusen Botanical Garden. Campers will learn about the importance of pollinators, create a winged craft to take home, and explore the life cycles and adventures of creatures that zip, zoom, hover, and dive.

Required age: Over 5 years old as of 12/31/2024

Prerequisites: Children must be 5 years of age or older on the day of the program AND have completed Kindergarten prior to attending. Our registration system will not accept campers who are not at least 5 years old on the day of the program, and if a child is suspected to not be attending or completed kindergarten, parents/guardians will be contacted by an administrator.
