The Victoria City Rowing Club (VCRC) is a vibrant and inclusive not-for-profit organization committed to delivering high-quality rowing programs for its community. VCRC strives to foster a love of rowing and support the development of athletes, staff, and citizens. Operating for over 70 years on Elk Lake, VCRC offers year-round competitive and recreational programs for all ages and skill levels. VCRC shares its facilities with Rowing Canada Aviron, the Greater Victoria Youth Rowing Society, and the University of Victoria. This collaborative environment supports a broad range of programs, including competitive junior rowing, adult and discovery rowing, recreational programming, regattas, and community initiatives.
