Description:
Tuesday Night Lights is a tradition at Vital Hockey! It’s a chance for hockey players to keep their skills sharp with weekly workouts designed to strengthen core, increase edge proficiency and master creative puck handling and goal scoring. This program brings out the best in players. Most of the top 2019 to 2015 players have visited our Tuesday Night Lights drop-in sessions regularly over the last few seasons. If you are looking for an all-encompassing weekly hockey development session… this is it!

Prerequisites: Birth Year 2019-2015 House League/Select Players will be split by caliber on the ice
