Club Wellness 21 and Older

Club Wellness is a program designed to teach fitness, nutrition, and wellness. Each week the group will focus on a new food group and set of new exercises that is provided in the Club Wellness Curriculum. In addition to working out, participants will develop their own fitness goals and learn healthy recipes that they can implement at home.

Price: $42.75 Taxes waived

Required age: Over 21 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: If WSSRA is notified of cancellation 5 business days prior to the start of a program season, the participant will be credited the cost of each program cancelled less a $5 processing fee.
