Description:

The program teaches martial arts focusing on comprehensive skills across a wide range of disciplines. The classes are rooted in real-world practical applications including efficient and effective self-defense. The program is designed to help men and women of all skill levels enjoy a blend of strength development, speed and agility exercises, and cardiovascular workouts while managing stress, gaining mental balance and increasing confidence. The progressive curriculum and rank advancement helps students train with a purpose under the guidance of certified TKD instructors. Multi-class registrants are welcome to attend multiple classes for their belt level each week. In addition, multi-class registrants at this level may be eligible to participate in optional weapons classes depending on their rank.

Required age: 15 - 80 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: No classes May 3 due to tournament. No classes June 21 due to rank testing.
