Description: Rhythm Cat is an introductory program that gives gymnasts the opportunity to participate as individuals and/or as a small groups with the apparatus choices at their given age level. Rhythm Cat focuses on Fun, Introduction to Competition, Physical Literacy, Technical Skill Preparation and Development, and Basic Body Skill Development.
