Camp Hours 

Yukon University Youth STEAM and Trades will be be running THREE HALF DAYS of March Break programming in Dawson this Spring!

Camps will run Tuesday March 10th to Thursday March 12th, 2026, at Tr’odëk Hätr’unohtän Zho - Dawson YukonU Campus. 

STEAM Camp for 6 to 9 year-olds:

• Camp will run from 9:00AM to 12:00 PM, Tuesday to Thursday

STEAM Camp for 10 to 13 year-olds:

• Camp will run from 1:00PM to 4:00PM, Tuesday to Thursday

Please only send your child to either the morning or afternoon camp sessions. If you are unsure of which half-day sessions will be better for your child please email us at camps@yukonu.ca

Account Creation 

When creating your Amilia account for registration, please add each child as a member. If you already have an online account with Amilia (e.g. Polarettes, Yukon Fish & Wildlife, Aikido Yukon) you may proceed with your registration using your previously established account. 

Waitlist 

When a camp or program is full you may add your child to the waitlist. If a spot in the program becomes available, everyone on the waitlist will be emailed and the spot will be filled by the first individual to register. We strongly recommend using this waitlist feature as summer plans frequently change. 

Office Hours 

Our regular office hours in Whitehorse are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday. If you require administrative assistance outside of office hours please email camps@yukonu.ca and your request will be replied to promptly the following business day.

Extended Care

Unfortunately, extended care will not be available.

Registration Troubleshooting

During registration you may encounter error message(s) if certain fields are not completed. Please note the following potential pitfalls: 

• You must read and agree to the legal waiver for EACH CHILD you are registering. Click the ‘Read me’ button. A ‘Confirm’ window will pop up. You will not be able to click the ‘I accept’ button until you have scrolled down through the entire legal text.  
• If you are registering two or more children for the same camp you will need to complete this process multiple times. To do this, scroll back up to the top of the page and click on each child’s name in the menu on the left side of the page. 
• You will be required to select TWO emergency contacts for each child that you register. You cannot use the same name twice. Please ensure ahead of time that the phone numbers for each emergency contact are up to date.
