This women-only class combines 40 mins of high-energy Zumba with 20 mins of Zumba Toning to sculpt and strengthen your body. You will dance to Latin & international music while engaging in a fun, full body cardio workout. The toning segment adds light weights for an extra challenge. Come join us in this upbeat, fun and effective class to burn calories and stay fit. No refunds. Fee is valid for all classes. (No class Feb 17 & Apr 18)

For all online classes, links will be sent out to students within 24 hours of the class. If you register for any online classes within 24 hours of the classes' scheduled start date and time, you may not receive the Zoom meeting link for the class
