This class offers a comprehensive introduction to the pour-over coffee brewing method, teaching you the skills to craft a perfect cup. You’ll learn to identify desirable and undesirable flavors, explore coffee tasting fundamentals, and understand how origin, processing, and roast profiles influence flavor. Fee is non-refundable. All materials and ingredients are included in the fee.

Notes : Registration Rules and Regulations: 1. Full payment can be made using cash, cheque (payable to 105 Gibson Centre), or credit card. Program materials may incur additional charges. 2. If the program is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, the registered participants will receive a full refund. 3. Program fee is not transferable and is only applicable to the program listed on the receipt. 4. 105 Gibson Centre reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program/event. 5.
