The 22-Form Chen-style Tai Chi Quan is a simplified adaptation of traditional Chen-style Tai Chi, designed with more accessible movements. Developed by Chen Zhenglei, it blends strength and softness while incorporating a dynamic mix of fast and slow motions. Ideal for beginners, this form helps enhance overall fitness, improve cardiovascular health, and boost muscle strength and flexibility.

Notes : Registration Rules and Regulations: 1. Full payment can be made using cash, cheque (payable to 105 Gibson Centre), or credit card. Program materials may incur additional charges. 2. If the program is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, the registered participants will receive a full refund. 3. Program fee is not transferable and is only applicable to the program listed on the receipt. 4. 105 Gibson Centre reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program/event. 5. No programs on public holidays. Please pay attention to the announcement in class. 6. Activities and programs are subject to change. 7. Full refund will be issued only if withdrawal is made two weeks before the first class or program cancelled. 8. No refund will be allowed after second class. 9. 20% Administration Fee or a minimum of $10 will be charged for any program withdrawal. 10. Participants must consult their family doctor before enrolling in any program of physical activities. 105 Gibson Centre may request a doctor's note from a student as proof, refusal may result in removal from class. 11. For all online classes, links will be sent out to students within 24 hours of the class. If you register for any online classes within 24 hours of the classes' scheduled start date and time, you may not receive the Zoom meeting link for the class
