The adult swim class is for 18 years and older.  High 5 offers 2 levels of classes, beginner and intermediate.  The beginner class is designed to introduce swimmers to the aquatic environment.  The swimmer will learn getting comfortable in the water, floating on their front and back, putting thier face in the water, breathing while swimming, kicking on front and back, as well as the beginnings of stroke work to include the crawl stroke (freestyle) and back stroke.

The intermediate swimmer class is designed to work on stroke technique, stroke improvement and endurance training.  High 5 instructors will help each swimmer with personal swimming goals, such as becoming a Masters swimmer or engaging in tri-athalon trainings.
