FALL Session Recreational Gymnastics

Session: September 7 to December 20, 2019 

AGE requirement: system will automatically accept correct age registration

Family Open Gym Fun - Tue and Fri am, flexible attendance, 2 - 5 yr, join when it suits your schedule (pre-book on line in advance)

FULL Session CLASSES below: on the same day, same time of the week: Tue, Thur, Sat, or Sun

Parent & Tot – walking to 2 yr 11 month old with 1 parent, 45 min

Kindergym – 3 to 3 yr 11 month old, no parent, 45 min

Kindernastics – 4 yr to 5 yr 11 month old, 1 hr

Boys or Girls Junior Gym – 6 to 9 yr 11 month old, 1.5 hr

Boys Senior Gym – 10 yr +, 1.5 hr

Girls Senior Gym – 10 yr +, 2 hr

Adult Gym - 18 yr+ , 1 hr, at your own pace under certified coach

Acronastics – Acrobatics for dancers and cheerleaders, 7 yr+, 1 hr

Urbanistics – Indoor, safe parkour, Boys Junior and Senior, 1.5 hr

 Advanced Girls Gym  –  2 classes/wk, Junior (level 3+) 1.5 hr, Senior (level 4+) 2 hr

Intro to Demo - Cangym Lv 4+, gymnasts who enjoy dance and acrobatics and wants more instense training than Acronastics.

Coach to student ratio – 1: 8 in all classes except P&T (1:10)

Additional Fee: $35 Gymnastics Ontario Membership and Insurance
