Celebrate your child's birthday at the Science Museum of Long Island! We have a variety of fun hands-on activities for an unforgettable birthday experience! Parties can be booked for children turning 4 or older.

Cost: 

• $625 for 2 hours & 15 child guests & birthday child​
• Additional child guests: $20 each. No cost for adults
• Max 35 guests, child + adults

​Days & Times:

• Saturdays & Sundays, per availability 
• 11:30am - 1:30pm or 3:00-5:00pm
• Includes 1 hour of science activities & 1 hour for pizza (provided by SMLI) & dessert (note: cake/dessert not included)

*Families may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to party start time.

Includes:​

• SMLI Educator to facilitate themed activities (based on the theme of your choosing)
• Party Assistant to assist with set-up & clean-up
• Pizza & Juice/Water for all child guests (please note: cake/dessert not included)
• Basic Paper Goods (tablecloths, plates, utensils, cups, napkins)
• An SMLI color changing cup for each child guest

Add-Ons:

• Themed Paper Goods available for purchase here
• Additional pizza for adult guests: $28 per pie
• Visit from an SMLI Animal Friend: $50

Cancellation Policy: Changes to the date of a party within 4 weeks of the event are subject to availability and a $100 admin fee. Cancellations will receive a 50% credit if made within 4 weeks prior to scheduled party date. Credits can be used towards any future SMLI booking/workshop/event.
