Notes : Clothing We suggest athletic wear such as leggings or joggers that cover the knees and tops that will stay in place when inverted. Absolutely NO zippers, buttons, jewelry or fasteners or any kind on apparatuses. It is for your safety and the safety of the equipment. Participants will not be permitted on the apparatus if not adhering to these rules. Equipment Equipment is provided and shared between classes. You are welcome to bring your own equipment for use.
