NOTES:

After 4 Behaviour Code:

We are committed to providing a positive, inclusive environment for all children. To ensure a safe and respectful space, we ask that all participants follow these guidelines:

1. Respect: Treat others kindly and respectfully at all times. Bullying or aggression will not be tolerated.

2. Respect for Property: Treat all property with care, including personal and program equipment.

3. Active Participation: Engage in activities to the best of your ability, while respecting your limits and the needs of others.

4. Problem-Solving: Use positive strategies to handle frustration or conflicts.

Program Removal: If a child is asked to sit out more than twice during a session, a meeting with parents and program staff will be scheduled to discuss the situation and explore ways to support the child moving forward. If misbehaviour continues, despite these efforts, exclusion from future sessions may be considered. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

Commitment to Inclusion: We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where all children can thrive. We recognize that each child has unique needs, and we strive to make reasonable adjustments and accommodations to ensure their success. We encourage parents to communicate directly with the vendors about any specific support strategies or accommodations needed to help prevent challenging behaviours and ensure the child can fully participate. Open dialogue helps families make informed decisions about whether the After 4 program is a good fit for their child. Please contact the After 4 Program Team (lindsgoldberg@gmail.com) for vendor information
