Shimmy to the next level! This class is designed for students who have taken Beginner Belly Dancing at Casa, or an equivalent experience, and want to keep moving! Build upon your Egyptian belly dancing in this class designed for all bodies at every age. From foundational movements and isolations to full dance routines, prepare for a lot of fun and learning in this course, while achieving a great low-impact workout!

Students should wear comfortable clothing and bring a hip scarf. Hip scarves can be provided by the instructor for those who do not have one.
