Whether experiencing the potter’s wheel for the first time or having come to the class with prior experience, there is ample time to practice and explore throwing in this six-week class. Form and surface treatment allow for exploration in individual creativity, while the fundamentals of throwing fill out the rest of this hands-on class. Once fired in the Casa kilns, students will have functional dishes to share with family and friends, all available three weeks after the last class.
