Description :
Beyond Limits Dance Collective warmly invites adults of all abilities, genders, and bodies to join an inspirational and inclusive dance series! Together, we will focus on dance-as-art while learning new techniques and choreography while building strength and cardio. Styles include Contemporary, Lyrical, Jazz, and Tango, with room for improvisation. If you love to move to music and want to find an alternative to traditional fitness classes - come join this fun and creative dance class with us!
No prior dance experience necessary. Students should wear comfortable clothing and must wear indoor only shoes in the Dance Studio.
