5-Month Program Enrollment & Cancellation Policy

Altered Course 5-month programs are full-session programs and are not month-to-month enrollment.

When registering for a 5-month program, families are enrolling for the entire program session. The total program price reflects the full 5-month session.

For convenience, Altered Course may offer the option to divide the total program price into monthly installment payments. Installment payments are a payment arrangement for the full program and do not represent month-to-month enrollment.

By completing registration, the family agrees to the full-session enrollment and the associated program tuition.

Because class placement, instructor scheduling, supplies, and program planning are based on full-session enrollment, withdrawing from a program after registration does not automatically cancel the remaining installment payments.

Requests to withdraw from a 5-month program should be submitted in writing and will be reviewed according to the applicable withdrawal policy.

This policy is separate from the 72-hour cancellation policy, which applies to individual scheduled activities and does not change the full-session commitment of a 5-month program.
