Our Ukrainian Learn to Synch program is designed for children who speak Ukrainian or Russian and are ready to learn the basics of artistic swimming. Led by Ukrainian coaches, athletes will work on:

• Speed Swimming Skills

• Artistic Swimming Skills

• Flexibility 

• Strength

This is an 1 month program to help Ukrainian athletes get introduced to the sport of Artistic swimming and create a base to build off of!

Entry requirements
Participants need to be comfortable in deep water and be able to swim 50 meters independently (without floatation) on their front.

Wardrobe + Equipment

Recreational Athletes Wardrobe:
-1 or 2 piece bathing suit to be worn at practice
-Bathing cap*
-Nose Clip*

*All athletes who register receive a latex swim cap and a nose clip (one per year regardless of the number of sessions).
