Dawson is excited to welcome you back this October 2021 to our after-school program. Given the current situation regarding COVID-19 we have adapted our group sizes and structure of our program. 

*Important* Children grades 1 and up are required to wear their face masks during programming. 

Here are some things to expect when you are signing up your child for the afterschool program.
• One animator will be the main animator of the group, they will be responsible for animation and behavior. The second animator is responsible for animations as well but also assigned specifically for sanitation purposes.
• All staff will be wearing face masks.
• Each room will be cleaned before your child enters the room.
• Dawson has 2 staircases, one will be assigned to go up, the other assigned to go down.
• Everyone who enters the building must sanitize their hands immediately.
• Members will be in the same group throughout the whole week. There is no longer free choice on what room to go to.
• Parents will wait in the lobby for their child. The front desk will radio the animator to send the child down.

The cost per month is $75 per child. Payments for registration for October 2021 will be online through Amilia; the platform accepts visa debit, visa credit, mastercard debit, and mastercard credit.

Registration this year will also be exclusively online in order to ensure everyone that qualifies has a chance of being able to register given the limited capacity. We are unable to aid anyone in registration in person this year. Please contact us as soon as possible if you require assistance.

PED Days are not included in the cost of after-school and can be purchased separately. Dawson only covers LBP Board-wide PED Days.
