25% deposit is due at the time of registration. The balance will be billed on July 15th and August 15th. Any cancellations or edits require 30 days written notice. If you are eligble for the Affordable Childcare Benefit, you still must pay the 25% deposit, any approved funds will be applied to your account. Cost is $175 per week. There is a $25 administrative fee per change, per child. 

**Your child must be entering grade 1 to be eligble for summer camps**

Camps are offered at three different locations: John Tod Centre (150 Wood Street), Brocklehurst Neighbourhood Club (950 Southhill Street), and Lower Sahali Neighbourhood Club (492 McGill). Please register accordingly. 

Any changes must be made 30 days in advance in writing.
