Welcome to our Retreat Registration Portal!
Registration for the following retreats is open:
* April 4-7, 2025 - From the Deep, Retreat for Women - FULL Join Waitlist
* April 11-13, 2025 - From the Heart, Retreat for Moms - FULL Join Waitlist
* April 10-11, 2024 - Walking with the Squamish, Professional Development Retreat for Post-Secondary Educators. - Cabins Available.
Registration opens Monday, March 24th at 10am for:
* May 30-June 1, 2025 - Becoming Kin, Adult Retreat - 12 spots available
Fall Retreat Registration will open in late August.
TO REGISTER: You will be prompted to create an account or log into your existing account when you add an item to your cart.
Please don't register friends or colleages in the same account. Only persons living in the same household can register together.
Click retreat links below to register. Before registering, please read all information on the retreat of your choice, as well as our cancellation policy.
Payment:
Fees can be paid by credit card, e-cheque, e-transfer or by mailing in a cheque. To mail a cheque or send e-transfer, choose OFFLINE PAYMENT at checkout.
- E-TRANSFER: Send e-transfer to info@fircom.ca with security answer as: Gambier
- MAIL A CHEQUE TO: Camp Fircom Society, PO Box 94027, 6655 Royal Avenue, West Vancouver, BC, V7W 2B8. Please email us (info@fircom.ca) immediately after registering to confirm sending your e-transfer or cheque.
Cancellation Policy:
Once payment has been made, there is a $100 cancellation fee up until 30 days prior to the start of the retreat. With fewer than 30 days notice, there are no refunds. If there is a medical emergency, a positive COVID-19 test, or illness with a doctor’s note with less than 30 days notice, then a camp credit minus a $100 cancellation fee will be applied to the account, to be used within one year towards any camp, retreat or accommodation rental.
