Description :
This class is great for children who love to jump and bounce! We will introduce more complex skills and routines as they progress to the next levels in the CANJUMP program. This class includes instruction on trampoline, double mini trampoline and fast track. This class is recommended for gymnasts with some experience or those who have been active in other sports.
While we work on progression towards flipping, we do not flip in our recreational trampoline programs.
