Description :
This is an excellent class for energetic 3 & 4 year olds who are not quite ready to be in the gym without a helper. This class is guaranteed to have your child jumping, bouncing, hanging and swinging as they explore the various apparatuses in a structured class setting.
Children will work towards improving balance, strength, flexibility and coordination in a super fun way!
This is a hands on class for parents/guardians. Active participation is required. One adult per child is allowed in the class.
