Description :
This class focuses on Women's Artistic Gymnastics. Participants will receive instruction on bars, beam, floor and vault. At this level, participants will be introduced to more complex skills while gaining the benefits of physical fitness, including increased strength and flexibility.
This class is recommended for gymnasts with some experience or those with related sport background. Classes are 2 hours in length once per week.
