In Ballet Variations you will learn classic variations all dancers are familiar with, such as Bluebird, Cupid, Coppelia and more. Variations focus on performance quality and stage presence while challenging dancers’ stamina and artistry. This class is a great way to challenge your abilities to prepare yourself for performing solos. Students must warm up prior to class. Variations class is open to all Intermediate and Advanced adult ballet students, Ballet 4/5, Ballet 6/7, Ballet 8/9, and Teen Intro to ballet students.  For late registration inquiries, contact Gwenevere.kaiser@champaignparks.org or 217-819-3920.

Notes : Dress Code: • Option 1 – Any combination of leotard and accepted are allowed for this class; skirts may be worn if desired. • Option 2 – any athletic shirt, thick tights, and biker shorts combination are accepted for this class. Those with permission may wear pointe shoes or demi pointe shoes otherwise any flat shoes are acceptable. Hair should be in a neat ballet bun if long enough or neatly pulled out of the face. Prérequis : Must have at minimum 2 years of consecutive ballet training.
