Description :
Beginning Flute gives young beginners a chance to participate in a class specifically tailored for them. Flute Zoo is a series of award-winning beginner method books that Sue Garton will use to teach the students how to make a pleasing sound, play some simple tunes, and learn about and use music basics that can be applied to any instrument. This class requires a small-sized flute with a curved head joint which can be rented from the Music Shoppe. Parents can go to http://themusicshoppe.com to set up a rental, or Sue Garton, the instructor, can arrange a time to meet you there to make sure you get the appropriate sized instrument to rent. Some 9-year-olds may be big enough for a regular flute. Fee includes Flute Zoo Book 1.
