Description :

This class is designed for core ballet students with 5+ years of experience or adult students with 1-2 years of experience. In this pointe work class, students will learn the fundamentals of pointe, and focus on strengthening their feet through pointe work. Students may already be on pointe or are training for pointe work. Students must arrive warmed up or arrive early enough to warm up their bodies. If students is not properly warm, they will not be allowed to fully participle in class.

Notes : Dress Code: • Option 1 – Any combination of leotard and tights and pink or skin tone split sole ballet shoes are accepted; skirts may be worn if desired. • Option 2 – Any athletic shirt, thick tights, or biker shorts combination and black or white split sole ballet shoes with white socks are accepted. Hair should be in a neat ballet bun if long enough or neatly pulled out of the face. Prérequis : Must already be enrolled in Dance Arts Conservatory classes.
