Step into the world of ballroom dancing! This class is designed for beginners looking to learn the fundamentals of ballroom technique and various classic dances. You'll discover the joy of movement as you are guided through basic steps, rhythm, and technique, helping you build confidence on the dance floor. Whether preparing for a special event or simply seeking a fun way to stay active, this class will enhance your coordination, balance, and musicality. No partner or prior experience is required—just bring your enthusiasm and a desire to dance!

Notes : Dress Code: Option 1: Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for physical activity. Clothing must not be baggy or restrictive (no jeans, baggy T-shirts, etc.). Students may wear dress shoes or sneakers with non-marking soles. Option 2: Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for physical activity. Clothing must not be baggy or restrictive. Students may wear a long skirt below the knee or at the ankle. Ballroom dance heels or character shoes are highly recommended but not required. Well-fitting non-dance heels are also acceptable. General Rules: Shoes worn in class must be exclusively used for dance and not for street wear to ensure the floors are not damaged. Hair should be pulled up and out of the face. No loose jewelry should be worn in class (small stud earrings are acceptable).
