Description :

Join the Sholem Sharks swim team as we compete in the East Central Illinois Swim Conference! The perfect way to dive into the sport of swimming, we focus on improving swimming skills and endurance, while practicing in a positive and fun environment. Practices are daily M-F with swim meets on Saturdays. Conference Swim Meet hosted by Effingham on July 19th. Practice times M-F (Practice starts 6/2. No practice 7/4, modified practice times 7/1 due to sensory swim)

Practice Times:
Ages 11+   8-9:30am
Ages 9-10  9:30-10:45am
Ages 8 and under 9:30-10:30am

Training equipment provided (kickboard, pull buoy) but must have swim goggles and swim suit.
Each swimmer is provided with a team t-shirt and latex cap. Silicone caps and shirts for parents available for purchase.
