Is your swimmer not quite ready to swim across the pool yet? We offer shorter practices that can get your swimmer comfortable in the water while gaining the skills and endurance to swim across the pool. Swimmers should be comfortable putting their face in the water and able to follow direction of coaches without parent intervention.

Practices are daily M-F. Once swimmers can swim across the pool unassisted, they are invited to participate in swim meets on Saturday mornings. Conference Swim Meet hosted by Effingham on July 19th. Practice times M-F (Practice starts 6/2. No practice on 7/1 or 7/4.)

Training equipment provided (kickboard, pull buoy) but must have swim goggles and swim suit.

Each swimmer is provided with a team t-shirt and latex cap. Silicone caps and shirts for parents available for purchase.
