Description :

This lesson focuses on building strength and endurance in strokes and introducing butterfly to the swimmer. Swimmers will swim laps of the pool during lessons and should be able to swim the length of the pool unassisted.

 

This session meets weekly on Sundays for 8 total lessons over the summer. No class on 7/6. Weather make-up is on 8/3 if necessary.
