Beginners and active seniors: enjoy fun music, easy-to-follow moves, and a friendly atmosphere in a class that improves flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, muscular strength, and endurance. Light cardio exercises (to strengthen heart and lungs) are combined with strength training.
