Welcome to our 2024/2025 Afterschool Program and School's Out Day Activities!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO NOTE:
New for 2024/2025, registration is for the complete year (August-May). A $50 deposit is required to register for the Afterschool Program at Leonhard Recreation Center or Douglass Community Center and is non-refundable. When choosing the installment plan, 10 equal payments will be automatically processed each month on the 15th, August-May. Registration is taken on a first come, first serve basis, and wait lists will be formed after registration has met its maximum number of enrolled children. If you register on a wait list and a spot becomes available, you will receive an email giving you 24 hours to register for the activity. Monthly installment plans for the Afterschool Program are processed as listed below:

If you expect to, or currently receive assistance from CCRS (Child Care Resource Services): the $50 deposit per child will be required to register and secure a spot. These deposits may be refunded at the end of the summer as long as your participant attends 80% of the Afterschool Program each month. If you would like to register, please sign up for the monthly installment plan. An approval letter for the Champaign Park District should be submitted prior to your child's participation in the program. You are responsible for any remaining balance after CCRS. Once your letter is received, payments must be made according to the payment plan set up with Registration. Please contact Registration (217-398-2550) with questions.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Refunds of fees paid minus the required deposit (per child) will be prorated by the number of days attended through the child's last date of attendance.
Scholarships are also available for the Afterschool Program and the SODs listed.
