NEW! Older Adult Services Registration, Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policies:

All programs and trips are subject to cancellation by Older Adult Services if minimum enrollment is not met, instructor or practitioner absence, for safety reasons, or at the discretion of Older Adult Services. Customers will receive a 100% refund.

If a program or trip is cancelled by a registered participant at least five or more days prior to the activity, customers will receive a 100% refund. Exceptions include any ticketed events, which cannot be refunded after registration deadline.

If a program or trip is cancelled by a registered participant less than five days prior to the activity, no refund will be given. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis and a 30% cancellation fee will be applied.

No cancellations can be made online. Cancellations may be made in person at either Age Well Center or by phone at 303-413-7290 or 303-441-3148 during business hours.

Pre-Scheduled Closures: Age Well Centers will be CLOSED June 19 for Juneteenth holiday and July 3 for Independence Day (observed)
