Join us for exciting classes learning this ancient Japanese Martial Art. Students will learn to use traditional solid wood weapons, open hand techniques to stop an attack, meditation, and calligraphy. Class is taught by Tom Alaniz who has over 30 years of experience in this exciting martial art! Classes are broken up into 4 week sessions and meet 3 times a week. Students need not attend all days, but encouraged to do so.
