Our mini camps nurture your youth’s connection to nature by safely encouraging exploration. Junior Counselor campers will assist our Wiggly Worm and Adventure Seekers campers- helping our Camp Counselors lead hikes, assisting other campers,  presenting on a nature topic on one camp day. This program will provide an opportunity to experience a “real work” situation and teach confidence, leadership, responsibility and how to act as a positive role model for campers.
Each adventure is catered to the interests of the campers that day. Camp varies locations between Lincoln Park, Lake Storey, & Lakeside Nature Center. Campers will receive a small snack during camp.

As one of the Wiggly Worms Junior Counselors, your youth can enjoy all the fun of nature camp, such as hiking, exploring, water play, fishing, open-ended art, stories, and have a chance to dig deeper into their topics of interest! 

Session Dates: 6/13/2025-7/25/2025 (No camp 7/4)
Ages: 12-15 years old
Junior Counselor: Wiggly Worms (campers are ages 4-6)
Fridays 9-11AM
Registration: $70 by 5/28/2025

Price includes a tshirt and daily snacks
Location: Varies by week, but typically between Lake Storey, Lincoln Park, & Lakeside Nature Center. Updates will be sent out with weekly emails.
