Refund Policy

No Refunds on Memberships.

Activity Refund Policy:

Refunds may be given for weather cancelations or Covid related illness or exposures. Lessons will only be canceled for severe weather, or if weather is 60 degrees or less. The pool is heated, so on colder days, we will turn up the heat on the pool. We will not cancel lessons for a light rain, but will cancel for heavy rain, or if it is raining with severe weather in the forecast.

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to date of the event may be subject to cancellation fees.

Cancellations made between 6 & 13 days prior to program start will be assessed a $5 cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 5 days of the program start may transfer to a different date/time of the same class or receive an account credit.

Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer.

When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.

Reservations: No refunds will be given except for Covid related cancelations. If you need to change the date, you will have 1 year from the date of the event to reschedule. Notice must be given to City Hall 48 hours in advance of the event. (507-625-4141)
