Wesley Lynn was the first new park to be developed since Chapin Park opened in 1983. This area was identified as a high priority for acquisition and development a number of years ago in our parks master plan. The property was purchased in 1998 from the Oregon City School District using parks system development charges (SDC’s) collected from new development within the City.

• Off-leash dog area, barbecues, benches, children's play area, dog pots, drinking fountain, electricity, park host, soccer fields, softball diamonds, trail/walking path, covered shelter, picnic table (4), restrooms, swingset, soccer fields, and softball diamonds

Cancellation Policy:

• Refunds are given for cancellations received by the Oregon City Parks Office two weeks before reservation date. No refund will be given for cancellations within two weeks of the reservation date. A $10 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
