Canemah Children’s Park is perched above the Willamette River adjacent to Metro’s Canemah Bluff natural area. This neighborhood park offers a sense of Oregon City’s past. Originally part of the Canemah historic village, this area was an important Native American site and at one time was a thriving riverboat community. The park's play structure was built by volunteers. Venture into the natural area to enjoy the spectacular views and explore the wildflowers and wildlife that the rich habitat has to offer.
Canemah Children's Shelter sits at the north end of the park. The shelter has 2 picnic tables with nearby playground, walking paths, basketball courts and ADA compliant restroom facilities.
