The Grand Parade aims to bring visual entertainment to Derby Days while celebrating local businesses, community organizations, and residents.

Apply to be in the Grand Parade by July 3, 2026 to be considered!

Important dates:

• July 3: Application deadline
• July 10: Email notification of application status
• July 17: Those who are not accepted will be reimbursed
• July 22: Proof of insurance (if applicable) and signed hold harmless due
• July 25: Parade Day! Check-in opens at 8:30 a.m., parade begins at 11 a.m.

Discount code:

Non-profits, community organizations, and individuals who aren't participating on behalf of a commercial business can use discount code DD2026! for 100% off parade fees.
