Description :

(Ages 50+ morning session) Tai Chi is good for the body, mind, and spirit. Increase your strength, improve your balance. Tai Chi movements are slow and deliberate, requiring students to shift their weight smoothly from one leg to another. This helps improve balance and coordination, which can be particularly beneficial for older adults in preventing falls. Entry level class.

What to Bring:

  • It is recommended participants where gym or loose-fitting workout wear and ahtletic/gym shoes
  • It is also recommended to bring a refillable water bottle.

Refund Policy:

Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 24 hours before activity start time. Exceptions can be made for illness.
