Description :

(Ages 18+) BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance fitness class that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. This is a cardio workout goes through dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated all at the same time. All levels welcome, no experience necessary. 

What to bring:

• Athletic clothes & shoes
• Water bottle

You'll engage major muscle groups in your body while you dance. This promotes coordination, cardiovascular endurance, mobility, and mind/body awareness. And you'll do it all while dancing and having fun!

To book into this activity for the whole month, you can purchase the "session." If you'd like to book single classes, you can use the "drop-in" option.

Refund Policy:

Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 24 hours before activity start time. Exceptions can be made for illness.
